Updates: Tuesday 13th October 2026

What's new: attach files to clarification answers, merge duplicate spaces and contacts, faster and more reliable spreadsheet imports, and a lot more …

This release is about keeping your data clean and your answers complete. Providers can now attach a floor plan or spec straight to a SpaceAI clarification answer, everyone can find and merge duplicate spaces and contacts, and large spreadsheet imports now finish reliably however many rows they have.

✨ For everyone

  • Your brand, imported at sign-up: When you create a new account, Great Space reads your logo and colours from your website and sets up your branding for you. If it can't find them, it tells you and points you to Settings → Branding.

  • Possible duplicates, grouped and merged: Great Space now checks overnight for spaces and contacts entered more than once and shows a "possible duplicates" alert above the list. Open it to see each set side by side, click the values you want to keep, and merge them into one record, with every deal, referral, viewing and note following the record you keep. Spaces can be merged even when they sit under different copies of the same building.

  • Shareable list views: Filters and sorting on Deals, Referrals, Contacts and Spaces are now part of the page address, so you can send a colleague a link to exactly what you're looking at. Your own last view is remembered, and changes to a shared view stay temporary until you press Keep this view. Every list also has a Reset view button.

🤝 For brokers

  • New - Attachments on clarification answers: When you answer SpaceAI's questions about a space on one of your own deals, you can now attach a file such as a floor plan, spec or photo. SpaceAI reads PDFs and images when it re-rates the space.

  • Improved - Contacts: Create a company straight from the company picker when it doesn't exist yet, and see a company's people under its details rather than on a separate tab. Forms now point you to the field that needs fixing.

  • Improved - Deals: Deals now sits first in the CRM menu, and Budget and Value cells show currency-converted figures with a single total at the foot of the table. The Active Deals block has been removed from the dashboard to keep it focused.

🏢 For providers

  • New - Attachments on clarification answers: Answer a broker's clarification question with the document you already have — a floor plan, fit-out spec, EPC or photo — in the app or on the clarification page. Images, PDFs and AutoCAD drawings get a preview, and SpaceAI uses what's in the file to rate your space and answer future questions.

  • New - Referral response redesign: Opening a referral now shows who it's from, the deadline and Respond or Decline right at the top, with a fixed action bar on phones. While you add spaces you'll see a Basic, Average or Strong quality score with the quickest wins to improve it, and after sending you get a summary of what you sent and what happens next.

  • Improved - Spreadsheet imports: Large imports now run in smaller pieces, so a sheet with hundreds of rows finishes rather than stalling. Every row appears on the import page as soon as the sheet has been read, and photos, brochures and progress fill in live. Photo columns in your sheet now take priority over your website, brochures are kept when you approve rows, and column mapping is quicker and more accurate.

  • Improved - Website preview: The lead form and webchat preview page now shows your own logo, colours and About text, with a light/dark switch. You can also open it from Settings → Branding.

  • Improved - Referrals table: Each referral shows the brokerage's logo, and Budget and Value show currency-converted figures with a total and average at the foot of the table.

  • Fixed - PDF parsing in referral drafts: Adding a space from a PDF while drafting a referral response no longer fails with an "Invalid file path" error.

Alongside some other performance and small bug fixes.

Peace, love and deal flow — the Great Space team
