Updates: Wednesday 17th June 2026

We've been building hard. This release is the biggest we've shipped since launch — new products, smarter AI, and a raft of improvements to the workflows you rely on every day.

Here's what's new.

SpaceAI chat widget (for Providers)

Your website now has a brain. SpaceAI is an embeddable chat assistant you can drop onto any operator website with a single script tag. Visitors ask questions about your spaces, get instant, accurate answers, and can even request a viewing — all without picking up the phone or filling in a static form. You control the branding (colours, bot avatar, opening message), the lead capture timing (ask upfront or let the conversation warm up first), and the legal coverage. It takes minutes to install and works on any site.

Lead capture and AI enrichment (for Providers)

Every conversation that comes through SpaceAI creates a Lead. But we don't just save the contact details and leave you to figure out the rest — our enrichment pipeline reads the conversation, extracts the visitor's workspace requirement, estimates the annual contract value, and looks up the company. By the time you open a lead, you already know what they need, roughly what it's worth, and who they work for. The Leads page gives you a sortable table of spaces they were shown, with view counts and last-viewed timestamps, so you can see exactly where interest is highest.

Data Rooms (for Providers and Brokers)

Sometimes you want to share a curated set of spaces with a specific audience — a broker, a shortlisted client, or a distribution list — without giving them access to your full inventory. Data Rooms let you do exactly that.

Providers can build a branded, shareable space portfolio, set it as public or invite-only, and track who's viewed what at the subscriber level. Brokers can subscribe to operator Data Rooms and browse their inventory directly within the platform, without any back-and-forth emails. Every Data Room gets its own scoped brand theme, so it looks like the operator, not us.

Space News (for Providers)

Properties change. Renovations complete, events happen, new amenities open. Space News lets you attach updates to individual spaces and have them surface automatically in your Data Room and operator portfolio views. It's a lightweight way to keep your listings feeling current without rebuilding them from scratch.

Referral activity timeline (for Brokers)

The referral workflow is now fully observable in real time. A new timeline drawer on every referral shows you the complete sequence of events — when it was sent, when the operator opened it, what questions their visitors asked SpaceAI, and how the operator responded. The feed rolls up repetitive events to keep things readable, and it updates live without a page refresh. No more wondering whether your referral landed.

Viewing requests via chat (for Providers)

Visitors chatting with SpaceAI on your website can now request a viewing without leaving the conversation. The request lands straight in your platform, linked to the lead, so nothing falls through the cracks between chat and calendar.

Richer referral notification emails (for Providers)

A small change that makes a real difference: operators now see the names of the specific spaces included in a referral directly in the notification email. No more opening the platform just to find out what's being proposed.

Improved bulk space imports (for Providers)

Bulk import has had a significant upgrade under the hood. Floor matching is smarter, desk capacities are captured and editable during review, every source row is tracked so you can trace exactly where imported data came from, and we've laid the groundwork for URL-based import — paste a listing URL and let the platform pull the details directly. Scheduled imports are also available for operators with regular data feeds.

AI listing enrichment (for Providers)

Good listings require good copy, good photos, and good context — and that takes time. SpaceAI can now draft listing descriptions, identify nearby landmarks, and generate photo captions for your spaces automatically. The output appears in a slide preview so you can review and refine before anything goes live. Less blank-page anxiety, more time for the work that actually needs a human.

Presentation upgrades (for Providers)

Space presentations now include a dedicated floorplans section and use a refined building + unit layout that puts the most important information front and centre. The result is a more professional document with significantly less manual effort to produce.

AVIF image support (for Providers and Brokers)

We've added support for AVIF image uploads alongside JPEG, PNG, and WebP. AVIF files are substantially smaller at equivalent quality, which means faster-loading listings and Data Rooms for everyone.
