Updates: Friday 27th March 2026

Hope you've had a great week! Here's a summary of a few changes we've rolled out this week thanks to your feedback!

Space Clarifications

The biggest update this week is the launch of our "Clarifications" feature.

When a provider responds to a referral, their spaces are automatically rated using our compatibility scoring AI. As part of this process we saw that there were often questions and gaps in the knowledge between the requirement and the space details.

We now extract these questions and automatically pose them back to the provider to help reduce gaps in knowledge and potentially improve the compatibility score where ambiguities existed. We'll remember this information and store it as knowledge against the provider spaces - meaning that if they respond again in the future, we'll already have this information.

You'll now see a number next to the compatibility score showing how many clarification questions are outstanding for each space. Click on the compatibility score to see the questions and answers.

Change requirement owner

We heard that sometimes you want to change the owner of a client requirement during it's lifetime.

You can now update the owner of a requirement at any time. Just click "Edit" on the requirement and you'll find a dropdown to select "Owner" at the bottom of the form!

Change duration of individual viewings and travel times

Now when creating a viewing tour, you can change the duration for individual spaces, as well as the travel time between spaces if you'd like some extra, or less time!

Use the +/- buttons by the space name, or drag the bottom of the block to adjust the duration.

Attach additional photos to a space within a requirement

You can now attach additional photos to a provider response. Click the "Photos" button at the top right of the space details (next to Tag and Notes).

Change the sort order of spaces within a requirement

It is now possible to change the sort order of spaces within a requirement (at any stage). This defaults to sorting using the compatibility score - but can be changed to response time or alphabetically by name.
