What's new: credits for referrals, a map view on deals, and two more cities

This release brings credits to referral sends, gives brokers a map view of every space on a deal, and adds Dallas–Fort Worth and Belfast to the map. Providers also get quicker, safer referral responses.

🌍 New markets

  • Dallas–Fort Worth and Belfast are live: Dallas–Fort Worth joins as our ninth US metro, covering 11 municipalities. Belfast launches as one metro-wide area.

  • US coverage reaches the suburbs: Houston, Chicago, Washington D.C., Seattle, San Francisco, Boston and Minneapolis now extend past the city limits. That covers places like Naperville, The Woodlands, Cambridge and the Eastside, as well as Virginia and Maryland, so suburban requirements reach the right providers.

🤝 For brokers

  • New - Credits: The first time you send a deal's referrals it costs 15 credits. Sending that deal to more providers afterwards is free. Existing accounts start with a 1,000-credit bonus, and every account gets 45 credits a month. You'll see the cost under Send Referrals before you commit, and your balance and full credit history are on your Subscription page.

  • New - Map view on deals: Next to split and table, a third view shows every space on a map, with pins coloured by stage. Click a pin to open that space.

  • New - Edit your own spaces on a deal: An Edit action on your broker spaces opens the full add/edit-space dialog, so you can update cost, desks, meeting rooms and more in one place. Change the cost and the space is re-rated automatically.

  • Improved - Space cards flag what falls short: If a space's size or desk count is below the deal's minimum, it shows in red with a warning icon, the same way cost and availability already do.

  • Improved - Subscription page: Usage bars for active deals and team members, plus your real credit balance, all in one place.

  • Improved - A quieter deal screen: The data-quality alert is slimmer, and a warning on the Details tab points you to the suggestions.

  • Fixed - Match scores in shortlist emails: They now show only when you've turned on compatibility scores for that presentation, the same as the PDF and web presentation.

  • Fixed - Missing images in emails: Space photos in shortlist and response-summary emails load again.

  • Fixed - Rating and moving spaces at the same time: Rating a space while moving it between stages no longer undoes one or the other.

🏢 For providers

  • New - Clone a space: Duplicate any space from its ⋯ menu. You get a copy alongside the original, ready to edit, without the photos, brochure or SpaceAI content.

  • New - Desk cost estimates in your AI assistant: If you've connected your portal to an AI assistant, you can now ask it for a London per-desk cost estimate by district.

  • Improved - Responding with a space from your inventory: Desks, meeting rooms, the available-from date and the listing URL now fill in automatically. Any edits you make stay on that referral only, and a note tells you so. Your inventory space is never changed.

  • Improved - Edit a drafted response space: Every field on a space in a draft response can now be edited before you send it.

  • Improved - Data quality report: Now grouped by building, floor and unit, with every level scored and the weakest shown first (Spaces → Quality).

  • Improved - "Last updated" on buildings and floors: It now reflects the most recent change to any unit inside them, and sorts that way too.

  • Improved - Bulk imports: List prices are formatted in the review dialog, and ⌘+Enter saves a row. A sheet that can't be read now fails with a "try again" message instead of silently importing nothing.

  • Fixed - Broker details on accepted referrals: When you accept a referral, the broker is saved as a contact and assigned to the deal straight away.

  • Fixed - Line breaks in descriptions: Text written over several lines, such as a floor-by-floor schedule, now keeps its line breaks.

For everyone: organisation owners can now save settings (some previously got an error), dates follow your own locale everywhere, and public data rooms load much faster on first visit.

Alongside some other performance and small bug fixes.
