How to Submit Questions to Sourced Options

Hi C&C! How are you guys today? Perhaps it's the end of an exhausting (4 day?) week and I can't see the function or feature, but is there a way for me to submit a question pertaining to a specifc option under my Sourced options in the Requirements section. eg, let's say my requirement for CA, there is Kindling with Onder - I need to know if it has a manned reception or if they have a floor plan for the specific office they are proposing which isn't clear on the downloaded brochure, is there anyway I can submit a question here that gets sent to them?

Hey Wendy, So you might have seen as part of the compatibility scoring system, we will automatically follow up with a number of questions about the space based on the details they submitted. You can see these on the popup that appears when you click on any Compatibility Score. I can totally see how being able to manually ask questions is a GREAT feature - so we'll get this rolled out ASAP :) All the best, CT

Ah yes amazing, I see it now. So are those questions AI generated based on the spec and level of detail I provided with the requirement? Very cool! So if I click on a compatibility score that shows 0/3 does that mean that the questions are still/yet to be answered, or that the answers are just not known at this point ie: "Clarifications 0/3 Q: Can you confirm if the space is entirely self-contained on its own floor, or if the floor is shared with other tenants? A: Unknown Q: Could the 4-person meeting room be repurposed as the executive office requested by the client? A: Unknown Q: What is the arrival experience like for guests, and does the building have a reception to ensure a high-quality first impression? A: Unknown"

Hi Wendy, yes you are right... So the AI has generated those questions and sent them to the operator to answer. 0/3 means that 3 questions were generated but 0 of them have been answered so far!
