Add Broker Name to Referral Emails and Custom Provider Postcodes

Hey guys. Hope you're well and that you're enjoying some of this gorgeous sunshine! When you come back inside, a couple of questions for you. I've had a few Providers emailing me asking if the lead/referral I'd sent via Greatspace was from me. I was thinking rather than the email saying "Hi Provider, One One One Advisory is using Great Space to manage client requirements and has sent you the following referral", it could possibly add the broker's name as well? (eg One One One Advisory is using Great Space to manage client requirements and Wendy has sent you the following referral) or something like this? Separately, I notice the Providers you have on board have Postcodes under their names when selecting which to send a referral too - presumably they have chosen those postcodes themselves based on where they have properties located? When adding my own Custom Provider Contacts, is there a way that I can do the same or do we need to wait for the Providers all to sign up to be Platform Providers before they can do so? Hope that makes sense

Hi Wendy, Thanks for the suggestions! Funnily enough, we were debating the other day if we should add the broker's name into the email and couldn't decide either way - so this settles it for us! Regarding the postcodes, this is also a good suggestion, but we'll need to do a bit more thinking about this as we had sort of been thinking about your personal provider contacts to "override" our ones and therefore the postcode wouldn't be as relevant here. But I can also see how it would be! Best wishes, Chris.
